Anime Tokyo Station, an anime exhibition center operated by the Association of Japanese Animations, Inc. that utilizes Japanese anime content with a strong fan base around the world, is celebrating the first anniversary of its opening last October.
To commemorate its first anniversary, the museum held an event on Thursday, October 31 to celebrate its first anniversary, combining ceremony and entertainment.
At the first anniversary event, Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike and Miyuki Takagishi, Toshima Ward⾧, gave their first anniversary greetings. Popular voice actors Mina Tominaga and Ryusei Nakao served as emcees, and Masako Nozawa appeared in a congratulatory message video for the first time since the grand opening. In addition, the two emcees appeared in the "Soreike! Anpanman, Baikinman, and Dokin-chan from "Soreike! Anpanman," in which the two emcees appear, made a special appearance to liven up the event.
In the second half of the event, Mina Tominaga and Ryusei Nakao continued to perform a reading from their popular picture book "Arashi no yoru ni ni ❶. Percussion music was added to the background to create a realistic world view. The reading was accompanied by background music played by a percussionist, creating a realistic world view. He shared his impressions of the reading play and talked about episodes from his favorite anime as a child.
The "Anime Tokyo Station" preserves approximately 50,000 items, including valuable materials from the past in the animation production process.
