The "TOKYO Design Manhole Digital Rally" is being held again this year to visit "design manholes" and tourist spots in the 62 wards, cities, towns, and villages in Tokyo.
And as a related event, an exhibition and talk show will be held here at "Anime Tokyo Station" to promote the appeal of design manholes.

A "manholeer voice actor" who became fascinated with design manholes after seeing a snapper manhole on a trip.
Has experience participating in design competitions for design manholes.

Manhole enthusiast Shoji Morimoto
He became interested in manhole covers when he encountered a manhole cover in Nagano Prefecture. He has given lectures at manhole events such as the Manhole Summit, published books, appeared on TV, and given lectures on SNS and web classes for children, etc. He is also cooperating in the TOKYO Design Manhole Digital Rally starting in 2021.

A "manholeer girl" fascinated by Japanese manhole covers.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Europe, she worked as a reporter for NHK and is currently an anchor and reporter for NHK's International Broadcasting Station.
He is also a visiting professor at Monotsukuri University and a part-time lecturer at Hosei University, Wako University, and Niigata Sangyo University correspondence course.
His hobby is to look for manhole covers in between locations around the country.
He has spoken at manhole summits in Saitama, Ikeda, Tokorozawa, and Okazaki, and appeared in numerous books and on TV and radio.
