On Saturday, October 18, on the 14th floor of Anime Tokyo Station, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Toshima City, and Dwango Co., Ltd. will co-host a special parent-and-child workshop in collaboration with the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2025: “Make Your Own Handmade Accessories at Anime Tokyo and Join Ikebukuro Halloween!! 2025.”
This workshop is designed for elementary school children and their guardians. It celebrates the 2nd anniversary of Anime Tokyo Station (October 31) and the 12th anniversary of the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival.
On the day, professional model-maker Mr. Wasabi, known for his work across a wide range of genres, will guide participants in creating a magical wand, while also teaching about the anime production process.

Eligible to join the “Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Parade 2025”!
Workshop participants who bring their handmade magical wand will be able to join the “Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Parade 2025.” Please note that participation in the parade requires a guardian to accompany the child. Detailed information about the parade will be provided when you attend the workshop.
Eligible to join “Family Halloween 2025”!
Workshop participants who bring their handmade magical wand will also be able to join “Family Halloween,” which will be held on the main stage at Naka-Ikebukuro Park. Why not dress up in cosplay together with your child and go on stage to create a Halloween memory?
Participants of Session 1 will be able to join around midday on Saturday, October 25, and participants of Session 2 will be able to join around midday on Sunday, October 26. (Participation is optional.)
More detailed times will be provided when you attend the workshop.
In addition, we will confirm your intention to participate on stage at the time of the workshop, and that confirmation will serve as the final deadline for stage participation.
Learn About Anime Production + Facility Tour (approx. 30 minutes)
・15-minute explanation of the anime production process (B1F), followed by free viewing and dismissal
